Privacy

We comply with the data protection acts 1988 and 2002 and fully respect your right to privacy.
When you give us any information on the site you are accepting the terms of this web site privacy policy.
We will only disclose your personal data to a third party where we are required to under law.
Whereas no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure we do take all reasonable steps to protest your data.

Payments

We accept payments in a number of different ways

1. Through “Realex Payments”. Realex uses a sophisticated form of encryption and your details are permanently deleted from our servers once the payment has been processed.
   Visa and MasterCard have accredited Realex Payments with the highest level of security compliance standards.

3. By personal or business cheques from Ireland in Euro only– please allow 5 days for these cheques to clear.

4. Postal order or bank draft from Ireland in Euro only made out to “The Jesse Box Ltd.”

Delivery

We ship all orders within 5 working days. All of our orders are sent using An Post Courier Service. If you require a tracking number please contact us after placing your order and we will provide it to you.

Deliveries will be during normal working hours and have to be signed for. If no one is available to sign then the package will have to be collected, if this is in Ireland it will probably be from your local sorting office. Their policy is to keep it on hold there for three working days after which it is returned to The Jesse box in Dublin. If this happens and you want it sent out again there will be an additional charge.

To avoid this scenario it is recommended to have orders shipped to a business address or to an address where someone is present to sign for the delivery during business hours.

Printing stories

When you order The Jesse Box you will receive all the characters, backgrounds and props on A4 sheets ready to cut out and use for two stories: Lent & Easter and The Nativity.

Under the Stories section  you will have access to reprint these pages if necessary. You will also be able to download any future stories from this section. The email address that you use at the time of purchase will grant you access to this content.

Under these terms and conditions, having purchased a Jesse box, you have permission to reproduce any of our backgrounds, character sheets, props, games and puzzles, and booklets for your own personal use or use within an individual school or individual  parish.   It is not allowed to reproduce any of our images or text for commercial gain.

Mailing List

When you purchase a Jesse Box online you are automatically  put on our mailing list to receive notification when any new FREE stories come up online.

When you purchase from a retailer, or any other third party, you need to go online to  register for you to receive notification of the new stories.

If you do not wish to receive these emails you can click on the unsubscribe button at any time.

Fundraising

The Jesse Box provides a wonderful opportunity to raise funds for your school or charity. For more information see the Fundraising Page.

Any school or charity wishing to avail of this must be registered before people start to place orders. We will provide the organisation with a code to distribute to people. This code must be entered at time of purchase. Once we receive 12 orders with the relevant code we will dontate €100 to the organisation.
